The problem
A brand whose difference is its science cannot sell from a product grid alone — a photo, a price and two lines of description leave the reason to buy unsaid. The same store has to serve two very different visitors at once: someone who just wants their feet to stop smelling, and someone who wants to read the clinical basis before spending anything.
What we built
- The storefront — catalogue, product pages, cart and member accounts — each product page carrying what it does, who it is for, how to use it and how long a tube lasts, right next to the price.
- The science as its own wing — separate science, about and by-concern sections, so the evidence sits beside the shop instead of being buried in a product description.
- A guided finder — Find Your Match walks someone who does not know which product they need to the one that fits, rather than leaving them to guess from the shelf.
Details worth noting
- Two storefronts out of one build — Singapore and Australia, switched from the header, with the region in the URL so each market can be linked to directly.
- English and 华文 throughout, toggled from the same place as the region.
- Member sign-up carries a first-order discount, promoted in the header strip and again on the storefront.
- Reviews are shown against the product they belong to, and collected on a page of their own.
- Retail is not the only route out: a Where to Buy section for stockists, a Professionals section for clinics, and an affiliate programme.
