The problem
Smaller employers rarely justify enterprise recruitment software, so hiring ends up running out of an inbox — CVs arrive with no way to rank them and no record of where anyone got to. Job seekers outside the Klang Valley have the opposite problem: not many places list the roles that are actually open in Sarawak.
What we built
- For candidates — a free profile and resume upload, roles matched against skills, experience and salary expectation, one-click applying, and a dashboard for tracking applications and interview times.
- For employers — free job posting, an AI-ranked shortlist in place of a pile of CVs, and a pipeline board that follows each applicant from applied to hired with interview stages and team notes.
- A credit system underneath both — employers start free and spend credits on matching, recommendations and resume unlocks, with monthly tiers from RM 199 to RM 899 and custom packages above that.
Details worth noting
- Separate landing pages per location and industry — Miri, Kuching, Bintulu, Sibu and the rest — so listings can be found from a search engine, not only from inside the site.
- Interview scheduling and candidate messaging are part of the platform, so the conversation does not have to move to email halfway through.
- The enterprise tier carries API and ATS integration, for employers already running a system of their own.
